Our Story.
Health Advocates was formed under the contention that the issue of health disparities in the United States has become so ubiquitous and pervasive that it is not drawing the necessary attention required to promote change. Health Advocates for Change exists on the premise that it is the responsibility of health care providers to not only start the conversation about health disparities in America, but make sure the conversation remains in the forefront of discussion.
